Ep. 29 We have 1,000 Downloads and our first Sponsorship

2:20 – We have over 1,000 downloads, 8 Countries (New from South Africa), over 25 states.
3:15 – We don’t see each other as often as we did in the beginning but working in our own bubbles from a distance while texting. Last night we called each other, Ariella was so stressed but called back to work through and communicate a way to work through it.
7:20 – When things are in place it is good.
7:30 – We are on this journey together, starting with our journey then pivoted and brought on some amazing women for interviews along the way.
9:40 – Ariella has launched her other two podcasts. Wants to spend her time creating content but not necessarily edit it. We can use some people to help as interns. 11:25 - We got our first sponsor. Theresa is helping to plan Toastmasters, District 52 conference and Speech Contest. One of our past interviews, Gail Lara sponsored an Advertise.
12:40 - We want to do great things; we want to travel to big conferences for podcasters or Mom’s. We want to create big conferences. It is just in idea mode but we look forward to doing it in the future.
14:00 – MOMentum is becoming a positive way to create something better in our lives. People go through different seasons in their life and every time it is an opportunity to recreate yourself. As moms, we can finally take a breath now that our kids are a little older.
16:16 - We are at a point where we are trying to fine tune things to perfect them. Instead of trying to be perfect, we are DOING IT! We have already launched over 25 episodes and can’t wait to get to 50. If we stop because it’s not perfect, then people won’t see it. It’s ok to fine tune but don’t wait before launching t
18:00 – We have some big interviews coming up and it pushed Ariella to launch her other two episodes. She waited to learn things with MOMentum first.
20:00 – Ariella is trying to go for the long game and is releasing her other podcasts slowly.
20:50 – We had batched so many episodes so we didn’t feel like we had to rush to record an episode or interview. Because we haven’t recorded in a while We need to get back into the groove as we have these big interviews coming up.
22:00 – There is so much that needs to be done to release an episode and what if something comes up.
23:00 - As Theresa has been working her regular job, she has made so many connections, and networking events that she goes to and the fact that I am a co-host on a podcast gives us something memorable to talk about.
24:00 – Whatever it is that you are doing, talk about it! Talk about your business to a minimum of 10 people per day.
